Ordering and Sample Policy:
- Once an order is placed, we will begin working on a free sample based on the information provided by the customer, including text for imprint, logo, fabric, and color. We will provide a sample within 24-36 hours of raaeceiving the order. We will send photos of the sample for customer approval. If the customer wants to make changes after the sample is ready, such as a new logo, changing the text, different color kippah, or fabric, there will be a $40 new sample fee. Once the sample is approved, we will start production.

- Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on custom products. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product. In case of a defect, we will work with the customer to provide a solution.
Shipping Policy:
- Free shipping on orders of $100 and above. $8 shipping cost on orders of less then $100
- We take our customers' privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting their personal information. We only collect information that is necessary to fulfill orders and provide customer service. We do not share customer information with third parties, except to the extent necessary to fulfill orders or comply with legal requirements.
Copyright and Trademark Policy:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the logos, designs, and text they provide us for imprinting on the kippahs do not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may be in violation of copyright or trademark laws.
Terms of Use:
- By placing an order with us, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which we are located. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
